5,Advantages and characteristics
1. Can output higher outlet pressure, while providing more airflow and lower noise. Stable operation at higher medium temperature.
2. By matching different pulley diameters, the speed of the industrial centrifugal fan can be flexibly set, so that the fan operates at the highest efficiency, reducing energy waste.
3. A motor slide guide is provided to easily tension the belt to reduce energy loss due to slack in the belt.
4. The bearing seat of the industrial centrifugal fan is reserved for the installation location of temperature and vibration sensors, in order to install the fan operation monitoring device.
5. Using liquid lubricant, it can be replaced and filled without opening the bearing box. The bearing box is equipped with an observation window to easily observe the quality and stock of lubricants.
6. The bearing box of the industrial centrifugal fan adopts a labyrinth mechanical seal, a unique anti-leakage design inside, a vent hole on the top, and a sealant at the joint, which completely eliminates the possibility of oil leakage in the bearing box.
