ZK-63A industrial centrifugal air blower for ventilation system which belongs to medium pressure and large flow centrifugal fan impeller by wing backward vane cone, arc front panel and flat plate which has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, strong and durable, according to the structure can be divded into direct type(A type) and type E(belt drive), suitable for hotels, building, hall, such as ventilation, cooling and dedusting use.

4, Advantages and characteristics
1. Impeller:
Twelve backward airfoil blades are welded between the arc cone front plate and the flat rear plate. Due to the use of airfoil blades, it can ensure that the fan has high efficiency, low noise and high strength. The impeller is corrected by static and dynamic balance, so the operation is stable. The forced blower and induction blower with the same machine number have the same impeller structure.
2. Shell:
The shell of the industrial centrifugal fan is a spiral case welded by ordinary steel plates.
The casing of a single air extractor has three forms: the casing of No. 8 to 12 is an integrated structure and cannot be disassembled; the casing of No. 14 to 16 is made of two open structures; the casing of No. 18 to 29.5 adopts a three-open structure.
The induced draft fan and volute plate were added appropriately to prevent wear.
3. Entrance:
The convergent and streamlined air intake is made into an integrated structure and fixed to the air intake side of the fan with bolts.
