4.Factory
1. Irradiate malodorous gas with high energy and high ozone UV light beam.
2. Change the molecular chain structure of these gases, such as NH3,H2S,CH4S, C2H6S,CS2,C8H8,C6H6,etc..
3. In the end, polymer molecular chain of malodorous compounds degrades into low molecular compounds,such as
CH2,H2O.
4.Decompose oxygen molecules in the air with high energy and high ozone light beam, generating free oxygen which is also called reactive oxygen.
5. Because of the imbalance of the positrons and electrons carried by free oxygen,it needs to be combined with oxygen molecules, leading to the birth of ozone.
6. Ozone has a strong oxidation of organics.It is an effective and immediate way to control malodorous gas and other irritating odors.
7. Split the molecular chain of bacteria in the malodorous gas by using high energy UV light beam, destroying the DNA of bacteria.
8. Oxidation reaction is carried out through ozone to completely kill bacteria and to achieve the purpose of deodorization.
